Terms

ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION


1. MINIMUM ORDER:  $15.00 of merchandise, excluding shipping and handling charges, and sales tax if applicable. (Orders for labels are exempt from this requirement.)

2. TERMS OF SALE:  New customers, please pay by credit card. Returning customers may choose from 'Pay By Check,' 'Pay By Purchase Order,' or 'Pay By Credit Card' to pay for their order:

FOR CUSTOMERS PAYING BY CHECK

When your order ships, we will email you a copy of the invoice along with the UPS tracking number. We also include a copy of the invoice with your order. Please mail your check upon receipt of your order. Thanks. 

FOR CUSTOMERS WITH PURCHASE ORDERS

When your order ships, we will email you a copy of the invoice along with the UPS tracking number. We also include a copy of the invoice with your order. Please forward the invoice to the proper department, as our terms are payment on receipt of the order. Thanks.

FOR CUSTOMERS WITH CREDIT CARDS

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER.
Your card will only be charged when we actually ship your order, not before.

3. TAXES & TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS:  Illinois residents, if not tax-exempt, must add 10.25% to the merchandise total, not including shipping and handling charges. 

Tax-Exempt Organizations: Please include your tax-exempt number with your order, even if you have previously ordered from us. Tax-exempt numbers must be re-qualified for 2015.                                

4. SHIPPING COSTS: Visit our Shipping Costs Table for the latest shipping charges (Table will open in a new window.)

5. SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE:  Please report any shortages or mis-shipped items to us within seven days of receipt at custserv@Gamblemusic.com.

Damaged items:  Please inspect your shipment immediately for obvious and/or concealed damage.  It is best to do this immediately upon receipt.  Report any damage to the carrier within seven days of receipt. If concealed damage is discovered, save all packaging material and immediately ask the delivering carrier for an on-site inspection.  File a damage claim promptly after the inspection. If the carrier is not notified within seven days of receipt, it will almost certainly result in the carrier denying any claim.

Do not return any merchandise to Gamble, damaged or otherwise, without prior authorization.  Returns without authorization will be disposed of without reimbursement.

6. RETURNS:  All returns require prior authorization from Gamble Music. Return requests must be made within fifteen days of the invoice date to our Customer Service Department by email (custserv@Gamblemusic.com) or by fax (800-421-3153.) You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be placed on the outside of the package and on any correspondence to Gamble. 

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns which are not due to our error.

If you need to return merchandise due to an error by Gamble Music, we will issue a UPS call tag to you, at our cost. If you need to return merchandise for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

7. PRICE CHANGES:  All prices on our website and in promotional mailings are subject to change without notice. (We make every effort not to increase prices unless our suppliers make a price change.)

Please consult our website for the most up-to-date pricing.  Allow for small price adjustments (less than 10%.) If you happen to place an order during a price increase of more than 10%, before the website is updated, we will contact you prior to shipping at the email address on file (please be sure we have your most recent email address upon ordering.)

8. E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS & PRIVACY NOTICE:   We do not sell, rent or share email addresses with any other company or individual.  Gamble Music considers your email address part of your private and confidential information and we only use it to communicate with you.

It is important that we have your most current email address on file, not only to contact you about your orders, but also so that you receive our email promotions with information about special discounts and/or free merchandise. We limit promotional emails to one per month. As we no longer mail physical catalogs, these special offers are available only by email or on our website (www.gamblemusic.com.

If you choose not to receive email from us, an 'Unsubscribe' link is available on our promotional emails, or write us at custserv@gamblemusic.com.

Whether or not you unsubscribe, all customers receive the following two emails when they order: 

-- Confirmation that your order was received;

-- Confirmation that your order was shipped, along with the UPS tracking number.

For this reason, we will need your most current email address on file when you order: if you have unsubscribed, your email will not be used for promotional purposes.

9. WEBSITE DISCLAIMER: While we endeavour to keep our website as accurate as possible, Gamble Music reserves the right to modify terms, to adjust pricing and/or quantities, and to cancel orders, in the event that there is an error on the website.
